Hello! I am looking for a female sublease for my room in 201 Golden Harvest Circle, Maple Ridge. It is a premier townhouse, and my other roommate on 2nd floor is moving out. My roommate on the 1st floor graduated in bio-chem and works full time in the chem dept. She may move out as early as Jun, otherwise she will stay until Aug. Rent is $405/mo and room has own bathroom and walk-in closet. Furnished if desired. We do not have cable. Let me know if anyone is interested!
